Job Description
We are looking for welcoming Hosts to enhance our front door team. You are the 1st and last impression every guest has of Lone Star, and it starts and ends with a great smile and being at the door for our guests. It also involves guiding our guests to the best table or seat while engaging them in conversation on the way. You do whatever you can to accommodate every guest.
Responsibilities
- Help to create and maintain the flow of the restaurant.
- Organize reservations, walk-in guests and server flow to maximize the seating of the restaurant.
- Engaging with all guests entering and exiting the building in a kind and helpful manner.
- Build guest connections and engage in conversation to elevate the guest experience.
- Answering the phone to handle guest inquiries.
- Be a problem solver and supportive team player by multitasking and tackling issues as they arise.
Requirements
- Remain standing and active for an 8-10 hour shift.
