Job Description
We are looking for energetic Bartenders to enhance our service team. As a member of the Lone Star family, you play an important role in making Lone Star a place where family and friends come to enjoy Southern hospitality paired with great food and drinks made fresh in-house. You do this by showing guests you genuinely care about them by getting to know them and why they are here, suggesting favourites off our menu and guiding them through their experience.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive guest dining experience through exceptional service by anticipating guests needs.
- Deliver exceptional margaritas, cocktails, wines, beers and other beverages.
- Strong knowledge and execution of all beverages featured in our menus.
- Provide excellent communication and build guest connections by engaging in conversation to elevate the guest experience.
- Be a problem solver and supportive team player by multitasking and tackling issues as they arise.
- Adapt to any situation with ease and tackle problems by using your organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
Requirements
- Smart Serve Certified.
- Remain standing and active for an 8-10 hour shift.
