Job Description
We are looking for enthusiastic and outgoing individuals to join our service team. You will be part of a front of house team that “brings the sizzle” and creates memorable guest experiences in a fun and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide a positive guest dining experience through exceptional service by anticipating guests needs.
- Provide excellent communication and build guest connections by engaging in conversation to elevate the guest experience.
- Be a problem solver and supportive team player by multitasking and tackling issues as they arise.
- Adapt to any situation with ease and tackle problems by using your organizational skills and your commitment to the guest experience.
Requirements
- Smart Serve Certified.
- Remain standing and active for an 8-10 hour shift.
