Job Description
The Manager is to provide leadership to employees who deliver a great dining experience to our guests. Critical responsibilities include being a role model of company policies and philosophies. Demonstration of a passion for service and creating a memorable dining experience is essential. The Manager is expected to create an equal opportunity environment that is safe and motivating for employees and to contribute to building his/her business through strong execution of the overall dining experience, work-environment and community relations.
Responsibilities
- Exemplify exceptional leadership skills using our core values of People, Empowerment, Results and Coaching.
- Forecast FOH hiring needs, conduct all 1st interviews for FOH.
- Lead FOH employees by communicating shift priorities and responsibilities prior to the start of every shift.
- Consistently coach and support others to ensure high profitability and smooth operation of the restaurant.
- Be a problem solver and supportive team player by multitasking and tackling issues as they arise.
- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Previous supervisory and hospitality industry experience preferred.
- Standard First Aid and Food Handlers certificate preferred.
- Smart Serve Certification.
- Remain standing and active for an 8-10 hour shift.
